Personalisations are not visible in the space

If you can't see logos, images, or text added to your Cosmos space, your performance optimisation settings may be active.

To fix this:

1. Navigate to User Preferences → Performance
2. Turn off Low resource mode

Please note: Low Resource Mode reduces graphic and video quality, including hiding personalisations. This setting helps systems with lower specifications perform better. Only disable it if your system can run Cosmos effectively.
