How to set up your profile?

Profile overview

Your Cosmos profile helps you express your identity and build presence in shared spaces. A complete profile makes interactions more personal and engaging, giving colleagues a better sense of who you are beyond just a name.

What you can customise

• Your Name
• Profile photo
• Avatar style
• 3D avatar appearance (tops, pants, shoes, accessories and more)
• Profile description
• Country
• City
• Timezone
• Language
• Interests

Avatar styles

Cosmos offers two avatar style options:

1. Picture Bubbles: A simpler option where you upload your profile picture, making team recognition quicker and more intuitive.
2. 3D Avatars: A more dynamic option that can be customised and animated, adding a fun element as you navigate through the space.

To set your avatar style: Go to space dropdown > space settings (requires admin permissions) > Avatar settings > Choose either Picture Bubble or 3D Avatar

How to update your profile

1. Go to the bottom left corner of your Cosmos interface
2. Hover over your current profile
3. Select Edit Profile
4. From here, you can:
   • Fill in or update your personal information
   • Write more about yourself in the About section
   • Change avatar and upload a profile picture or customise your 3D avatar's appearance
