Polls: Collect instant feedback in Cosmos channels

Polls allow you to collect instant feedback from team members on any question or decision. They provide a structured way to gather opinions in real-time within any chat channel.

How to create a poll

1. Navigate to any chat channel
2. Click the Poll icon
3. Enter a title for your poll (e.g., "Which is your favorite browser?")
4. Add the voting options (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave)
5. Configure poll settings:
   • Single choice or multiple selections
   • Anonymous or identified voting
6. Click Create Poll to launch

Viewing and managing polls

Once your poll is active:

• Participants can vote by selecting their preferred option(s)
• Vote counts and participant avatars appear beside each option
• Poll creators can click End vote to close the poll
• Anyone can click View results to see current standings

Currently, mobile users can only vote on the polls but can't create them. This ability will come soon!
