Focus rooms: Body-doubling for deep work sessions
Focus rooms are library-style rooms for silent co-working. Everyone shares what they're working on and for how long, creating accountability that helps you get deep work done in a focused group. Microphones stay muted throughout the session to protect everyone's flow, whilst cameras stay enabled to encourage accountability.
How to join a Focus session
1. Locate a focus room on your floor plan—look for the library icon in the room name
2. Enter the room
3. You'll see the Start Focus Session
modal
4. Enter what you want to get done
5. Set your focus duration (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, or custom)
6. Click Start
Your work status will appear on your video tile for everyone in the room to see. You won't be able to unmute yourself—focus rooms are designed to stay completely silent.
