Windows - audio / video troubleshooting

Please follow the following steps:

Ensure mic or camera aren't being used by another video app

If this is the case, please quit the video calling app. 

Then refresh the Cosmos page by pressing ctrl + R (on windows).

If this doesn't solve the issue, please continue reading. 

Give browser permissions to use mic and camera:

A popup will appear asking you for the permissions. Click on “Allow” for both Mic and camera, respectively.

In case you accidentally clicked on Block/closed the popup:

You'll see a camera icon on the top-right corner of your browser address bar. 

Simply click on it, and give Cosmos access to your camera and mic. 

This should fix the issue.
