Integration - Google Calendar

- Allows people to schedule meetings in Cosmos office from Google Calendar

- When the first person joins, the call will start in an empty meeting room in the office

- All guests will join in the meeting room directly in the gallery view

For workspace admins

• Visit your Cosmos office
• Go to Space dropdown > User preferences > Choose "Google Calendar" in Integrations
• Connect Google Calendar

• Install the Cosmos app in your Google Workspace. Ensure you install it to the correct workspace and choose to install it for everyone.

• Give the necessary permissions

Steps for all Cosmos users:

• Visit calendar.google.com. Create a dummy meeting, and drop down the "Add video conferencing" button to choose Cosmos Video.

• Cosmos will need you to log in so that you can set up the default Cosmos office to host meetings.

• Once logged in, please choose the default Cosmos office to host meetings and authorize.

• That's it; you are ready to host meetings in Cosmos.
