Integration - Outlook

Connect Outlook with Cosmos to streamline your video meetings and calendar workflow. The integration offers two powerful features to enhance your meeting experience.

Microsoft 365: Sync your Outlook calendar to Cosmos:

  • View all Outlook events for different users directly in Cosmos
  • See meeting participants and details in Cosmos
  • Automatically update when meetings change

Outlook Calendar Add-in: Add Cosmos meeting links to Outlook:

  • Generate Cosmos meeting links automatically when organising meetings in Outlook calendar
  • No manual copying of meeting links needed

Note: We recommend connecting both sections to take full advantage of Cosmos.
