How to Personalise your Space

You can make Cosmos spaces your own by:

• Adding team names and names of people to desks
• Adding your Company logo
• Choose the floor plan that suits your teams needs
• Build your floor plan from scratch

Add text to your space:

• Open the “Edit map” option from the sidebar and click on Add text.
• Here you can type out your text and choose the font, size and color.
• Once done, your text will appear on Cosmos space to drag and drop wherever you want.

Add images to your space:

• Open the “Edit map” option from the sidebar and click on Upload Image or use some cosmos original gif/sticker assets

• Click to select an image or drag and drop to upload.
• You can also crop and resize image to fit the dimensions you have selected.
• Once done, your image will appear on Cosmos space to drag and drop wherever you want.

Change your floor plan to a bigger one or one with a different vibe:

Cosmos has 150+ pre-built designs to choose from. Head over to Cosmos settings < Floor plan < Select your preferred design per use case. You can also preview the designs and then add them to your Space.

Note: Floor plan change happens when your space is empty. If you don’t want to wait, you can also force update the design, which will kick all the users from the space, and they will have to re-join.

Build your floor plan from scratch (chargeable):

A lot of Cosmos users request that we design their personal space. You can submit the designs in various ways:

• We have a quick cosmos space builder to design with cosmos assets and submit to our team.
• To access it - go to Cosmos settings < Floor plan < Customize your own floor plan
• Once the design is done, click on “Save”

• You can also send us a Figma file of your desired design.
• If you are unsure about the design, just give us the requirements and the vibe you are going for. We will build it for you.

Note: Currently, someone from our team has to build your design in the cosmos architecture. Thus, it requires manual effort and can take up to 2-3 days for your design to go live. The one-time charge starts from $100. We also have plans to make the spaces fully customisable in the next quarter.
