Add customisations to your floor plan, landing page and space link

You can make Cosmos spaces your own by:

1. Floor plan customisations
   • Pre-made template library
   • Floor plan from scratch
   • Add text and images

Floor plan customisations

Pre-made template library

If you want to change your floor plan design using pre-built templates, follow these steps-

1. Go to Space dropdown > Floor plan
2. Browse through 20 pre-designed templates for different team sizes (20-150 people)
3. Choose between minimal professional or vibrant 2.5D styles
4. Select a template that best matches your needs (remote teams, live classes, community events)
5. Click to apply the template to your space
6. The new template will switch in 5-10 seconds without interrupting the flow of ongoing conversations

Build your custom floor plan:

If you want to create a floor plan design from scratch or pre-load a template to make edits, follow these steps-

1. Go to Space dropdown > Floor plan
2. Select Customise your own floor plan
3. Use the editor to:
   • Add and arrange different area types:
     • Spatial Areas for desk spaces and spontaneous collaboration
     • Meeting Rooms for group discussions
     • Entrance Areas to specify where people will join
   • Place items from the asset library (1000+ options)
4. Save and publish your custom design when finished
5. Your new floor plan design will publish to the space in 1-2 minutes

Add text to your space-

• Open the Personalise Space option from the sidebar and click on Add text .
• Here you can type out your text and choose the font, size and color.
• Once done, your text will appear on Cosmos space to drag and drop wherever you want.

Add images to your space-

• Open the Personalise Space option from the sidebar and click on Upload Image

• Click to select an image or drag and drop to upload.
• You can also crop and resize the image to fit the dimensions you have selected.
• Once done, your image will appear on the Cosmos space to drag and drop wherever you want.

Customise your Landing page

Your landing page is what visitors see first when accessing your Cosmos space.

1. Go to Space dropdown > Space Settings > Landing Page
2. Customise the following elements:
   • Space Logo & Name: Upload your company logo and set your space name
   • Welcome Header: Create a greeting message for visitors
   • Description: Add information about your space's purpose and how to interact
   • Booking Link: Add a calendar link for scheduling meetings when no one is available
   • Working Hours: Set your team's availability schedule by timezone

Set a Memorable space link

Create a custom URL that's easy to remember and share:

1. Go to Space dropdown > Space Settings > Space Access
2. Look for the Memorable Space Link section
3. Enter your preferred URL extension (e.g., "yourHQ" for www.cosmos.video/yourHQ)
4. Click Save to apply your custom link
5. Use this link to share access to your space across desktop, mobile, and apps
