How to set up Custom Landing Page for Guests
Go to Space dropdown > Space settings > Landing page
Custom Landing page lets you -
- Add your Company logo
- Edit the name of your space
- Add description about your company/space
- Add a booking link
- Showcase your team’s working hours
What the landing page does for guests
The landing page is also where guests get themselves ready, so nobody has to sort out a guest's microphone for them once they are in the room.
- Browser and system permissions. It tells guests exactly what to allow, both in their browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and in their computer's own settings, and takes them to the right place in as few clicks as possible.
- Microphone and camera. Guests pick their devices and check they work before entering.
- Noise cancellation and a background. Both can be set before joining, including any custom backgrounds your team has uploaded. See Apply virtual backgrounds.
