Screenshare troubleshooting

First, please check that you've granted cosmos the relevant system permissions and browser permissions so that you can share your screen through Cosmos.

If screenshare recently stopped working and you are using chrome on mac please follow instructions here.

If you're having issues with the quality of screenshare, go into the settings cog wheel inside your Cosmos venue.

Here, you can adjust the quality of screenshare, and optimise for text or motion depending on your needs.
