We understand the need to give guests an easy and familiar experience like other meeting tools.
Cosmos lets you invite your guests to the entrance of the space or a specific room. You can also control whether they see the space or just enter Cosmos in the zoom-like view (gallery view).

Link Guests to a Specific Room
Cosmos space >> Settings >> Guest Experience
Here you can choose where you want the guests to be linked to, you can also force zoom like gallery mode, or turn it off.
Please note that all links of Cosmos space, and room links are all constant links. Users can use the same link to return. If knocking is enabled on your space, the guests have to knock, and be let in by an admin or member.
Guest Access
- Disable guest access to this space: Only let members and admins to access the space.
- Allow guests to join with knocking: Guests will need to knock and be let in by online members in the space.
- Allow guests to enter without knocking (in premium plan): Guests can join the space by themselves
Add Cosmos as the default meeting link via Calendar
All Cosmos meeting links:
- Ensure the meeting starts in an empty meeting room; it’ll automatically happen when the first person joins the meeting.
- External guests will join the meeting in the familiar gallery view similar to Google Meets or Zoom.
- Guests can switch to map mode if they want to
You’ll need to add Cosmos add-on to your calendar; it works for both Google and Outlook.
